It’s definitely not for everyone. I know that it’s good exercise, but it’s definitely not my first choice. I’ll do best when it’s part of a challenge, contest, etc. On my own, I need something to make it passable.  Over a long period, I’ll alternate trail runs with street runs to keep it interesting.
