If you hire and promote almost exclusively women, you have to fire almost exclusively men, to get tho a f/m gender ratio of 80/20 from a previous 20/80 ratio in such a short time. I read it as top management brass, not the marketing department.

You’re assuming that the tech field has equality in numbers. That is not true. Expecting an equal number of women and men in tech as of 2016, is like expecting an equal number of men and women in teaching. No, that’s not what this lawsuit says. It talks about discrimination gainst men, not the absence of discrimination against women. Your logic:

That is the gist of comments on this board, just with the genders reversed. If they are all correct, that all those women at yahoo are just more qualified and the men sucked at their jobs, that guy must have been right too in your case. So, apparently no discrimination happened.
