they used fresh, raw: sliced tomato, broccoli, olive, green pepper, onion on their veggie pizza. it’s still on the menu, but they line their pizza boxes now, which is useful if you wanted to put it at the end of a slip-n-slide that kills you horribly

If you’re scratch making butter in a stand mixer, you can throw in a shot of fish sauce at the beginning of the process to the same effect—1/2 tsp of fish sauce for each anchovy filet you would add. Mind that this will flavor the FREE BUTTERMILK, but I am ride or die for umami buttermilk biscuits.
