Frying is too much work so I never do it - but I do agree that cold chicken is outstanding in virtually all forms. I honestly think I might prefer cold buffalo chicken wings to steaming hot ones, and I freaking love steaming hot wings.

Can’t agree more. Making a mojito in the privacy of your home, totally fine. Making one mojito when your bar is three deep with people asking for draft beers and vodka sodas, pretty damn annoying. Yeah, I learned this when making bread. My flour was too dense due to packing when I scooped it. Now I convert to metric if I have to (1 cup of flour is 125 grams).
