True, my commentary a coupla weeks ago in one of the wallpaper threads was driving at the same point but from a different direction. On laptops it's Truecrypt for me. Other than that if someone gets physical control of your machine there isn't much you can do. On the Truecrypted laptop there is also a Ubuntu partition where I boot to do any online buying or banking.
