Whatever, it looks wicked cool, earns you McGuyver credit around your friends and in a jam could indeed come in handy. Most pencils today use graphite which probably also works. The stuff in the lab isnt processed like the stuff in a pencil which is why it probably exploded.

I'm a recent new user of Ubuntu on my macbook. The "install by typing all this code" is bollocks. I love that it's free and expansive in terms of features but really this kind of stuff is not up to the fit, finish and ease of use of OS X and Windows. Anyone else feel that way?
