Lots of manufacturers are “copying” Buells underslung exhaust. And the EBR bikes didn’t have Harley engines in them.

I’m not a Buell apologist or even ridden one, but the newer ones had nothing to do with HD engines. I *believe* they started using Buell designed/Rotax built engines starting with the 1125 (tail end of the HD days).

Nah - she’s another Yamaha - possibly one of the first slant-engined 450’s, maybe 2010 - cant recall when they came out. There’s no headerpipe visible (wraps around the engine) and I’m guessing it’s an early one from the stubby (and hopelessly power-robbing) silencer they used on the first model.
