It should be noted that nobody, and I mean absolutely nobody, pays MSRP for a Dodge Dart. My local dealership has $17k base models advertised at $13k and $25k GT models advertised at $21k. That doesn't erase the car's flaws, but it would certainly be a factor in the decision making process.
