18 billion seems excessive. These guys weren’t killing people - they were making their cars perform better for their customers in real world conditions at the cost of emissions.

It’s not about sides anymore if you want to see how Green house gasses are seriously causing problems in the environment and in the highlands of Switzerland. It’s a start on their part of this ban.
