They are 30k in Europe too, Borg Warner is all over Europe so this could be somewhat affordable here.

I got quoted 25K to convert my Pao to electric. Then I watched that youtuber convert his hotrod with parts from a crashed Zero motorcycle.

They’re not. They already invested massive amounts of money in the i3 platform and chassis tech. All they need to do is slap a tesla copied drive train in and it will be on par with the competition for another half decade. But they don’t.

This is closer than you think. I can already set torque, speed and engine braking on my electric motorcycle with an app. It won’t be long before they add traction control too.  A third party app is already available to monitor the code too.
