They export it because they simply don’t need it. They use hydroelectricity as they have massive amounts of it. This is why the country is pretty rich.

Not if you can remotely operate the vehicles (teslas). In fact if you can control them as if they were a train this would be a pretty efficient way to travel. But the tunnel would have to be tesla cars only to start out. 

Also I got a single car garage just outside of Amsterdam for $100 a month. Without the garage the car is doomed, all repairs will be rushed. We also have a place here that will basically rent you a car workshop with lift for a few bucks an hour, that's the best idea ever. 

You don’t want anybody working on your old car unless you’re 100% sure they will get it right. I had a gearbox oil change done because I couldn’t source the oil filter myself, and they overfilled it and it blew a seal on the way home. Now I have to deal with that, and they didn’t change the oil filter either.
