You can do that on pretty much any bike though, mine is from 1976 and I can shift without a clutch.

Although it doesn’t make your car look like a racecar exactly, I see what you mean. Some WTCC cars run a little more negative camber than your mom’s civic. What you should really try to emulate is the umbrella girls in tight lycra though, that makes it look much more like a racecar.
Depends on your traffic rules then. In my country you are not allowed to signal to change lanes or turn if there isn’t space to do so safely.
