I think I would basically want an SUV that didn't look like an SUV. And with a more economical engine. So I could get an Audi Allroad or a Volvo.

Don't be so hard on the bug, I think it's perfect. I wish we had these in Europe, I would love to own one.

Great engine, but like tduassassin said, the later VR6 engines are even better imo. Why not get one of those in the A3 quattro instead? Nobody wants these cars here so they are cheap.
