So, just for conversational benefit...when you were getting ‘close’ to 100% you could (theoretically) overfill your tires and let the not-N leak out, leaving only a properly filled N-filled set of tires. (Note - of course I’m kidding; please don’t overfill your tires).

fwiw, I would never “negotiate” the way Brewer does on the show (Granted, I don’t think any real negotiations take place on camera). I find most car sellers will do some give-and-take on the price, but if you come in and start nit-picking every flaw on a 15+ year old car, the owner is more apt to tell you to F-off…
