I mean, we kinda do need better schools. All the stuff we’re taught about Columbus and Mayflower and stuff are revisionist European bullshit. It’s easy to see how people get from that to white supremacy.

The problem as I see it, is that the new Challenger is a car designed and built for people that fell in love with the original Challenger, but couldn’t afford to buy it new, and can’t afford to buy it as a classic. It isn’t the original, it’s a modern take on the original.
It’s easy to see how folks can not know anything about America’s history as a country built by immigrants because I don’t think our schools taught us ANYTHING about things like, you know:
“but these f**king foreigners ain’t taking over my f**king country!”
I like how the police are freaking out that Stand Your Ground has been used against one of their beloved leaders and they’re trying to find a way to screw the guy that followed the law.
Please let it be DeSantis Please let it be DeSantis Please let it be DeSantis.
Guess Floridaman™️ fucked around and found out
I hope it will not be like that Hyundai. Can we please stop with those stupid pops and crackles? I’d like to be able to drive a car like this as an adult, without looking and feeling like a tool.
Tipping wait staff generously should be universal
“... essential workers...”
I think I would have been mortified to be caught in one of these at one point in my life. Now, as a miserable old fuck, I’d probably relish being the one to kill it for the workers’ sake. Take the free coffee and throw what you were going to pay into the tip box.
For fuxsake, “Pay it forward” at place where moderately affluent people order overpriced coffee from the comfort of their large SUV sounds comically pretentious and tone deaf, even during a time where virtue signalling for sport is common place.
Former Bux partner here: I killed Pay-it-Forward chains whenever they’d happen. The reason being is because, like most drive-thru businesses, we had a “bump screen” or a screen to keep the orders organized. When a Pay-it-Forward chain would happen, that would be the god-send to keep the orders in order. HOWEVER, the…
I see nothing wrong with Toyota implementing this model. Hopefully it will be better than all the certified pre-owned bullshit where they you’re lucky if the dealership even washed the car.
What? No mention of the incredibly clean look of the “pop-up” headlights that don’t pop up?
Cannot star this enough...
Tesla has proven that the dealership model is bullshit for highly reliable, low-service requirement electric vehicles. Disrupting the dealership model may turn out to be Tesla’s greatest contribution to the automotive industry.
If people buy these to feel more butch, that’s much better than the default blacked out Ram 1500 CC.
“So don’t just buy the Maverick because you think it’s more manly” I don’t think this will be anyone’s reason for buying a Maverick.
What a trash take. The only thing a crossover does that this doesn’t is have dry cargo space. And there’s a nice looking camper top in the images above that fixes that. Otherwise, this is an Explorer (crossover) with a bed.
