I agree with the first part, but I won’t miss the open-pipe throttle blippers cutting between lanes from the blind spot on my car.

The hell you say!
It’s almost like they haven’t learned any lessons about over-valuing brand identity.
I am not spending $30K on a bike. That is insane. Even for new tech. A Ducati Panigale starts in the low 20's. How can HD even expect to compete with that?
Good ole Harley, missing the mark by overpricing and under delivering.
Yeah, I think consumers outside the immediate area (Michigan, Ohio, etc) are pretty detached to what’s going on with the UAW. Consumers just want a product that has the most features for the cheapest price, regardless of whatever internal struggles a company has.
The union should really be fighting for better looking Chevys.
I think he thinks quite highly of himself. You and I were obviously the ones in the wrong for ever questioning his brilliance! (oh and also his really childish behavior)
I really don’t understand where exactly he’s wrong, and between the two of you, I’ll take the one actually saying something noteworthy as opposed to the fool repeatedly hurling around playground insults without explaining what the issue is. Calm down and get over yourself, guy
Dear readers:
Went with my wife to look at new cars last week. We are in a good spot, don’t NEED one but were looking at deals and incentives so we can draw up along term budget - and also see if now is a decent time to consider.
We dance to the tune Israel and Saudi pay to have played.
The issue isn’t that people can’t afford new cars. The issue is that people have champagne tastes on beer budgets. There are perfectly serviceable $18K new cars that are perfectly affordable by the median income person. But everyone wants a $35K CUV... And the industry is MORE than happy to cater to this.
I hadn’t seen that story yet, thanks. We’ve been covering this for a while too. I’m glad to see it’s getting more traction.
The US is situated about 7500 miles from Iran. Iran has never directly attacked the US. The Shah was not a US “ally”, he was put in place by CIA facilitated coup that overthrew the elected government. He was a murderous ruler who tracked and killed people around the world as well as in his country. He was put in…
He’ll start a war with Iran and cancel the election.
If trump trumpets for a war with Iran, your looking at another 10 to 20 years of guerrilla warfare. And you can bet your life he will reinstate the draft. The call for impeachment has never been greater than now.
It’s not a big story. The automakers of reliable cars are still working. The only ones on strike are those that work for the tin can shop that can’t get you to 100k miles.
Came here to post this. GM had a 90+ days of inventory on dealer lots before the strike began, almost as if they’d planned for the inevitable.
I read it the same way.
