Is this any different than all the other appliances that GM makes? They are all made from the cheapest materials by the cheapest suppliers. The Corvette’s have always been and will always be the Cubic Zirconia of the automotive world :-) 

China doesn’t need tariffs to affect markets. Look at Hyundai as a historical reference and for current reference look at Apple dropping over 30% in sales in China while Huawei has increased sales by 66% year-over-year.
