Nissan as a public Japanese company with Global presence and reporting requirements, is forced to report executive compensation on a regular basis, including, stock/stock option/convertible bonds, salary, etc. and when those stocks/stock options, etc. are sold or exercised.

It’s interesting to note that the “center of consumer power” in the automotive field is fast shifting towards the East!

In the last 30 years or so, NYC has spent over $50 BILLION renovating the subway! But most of the expenditure, over 70% is for labor and Subway labor is nothing but union............ you do the math!
