Not a fan of Marchionne or FIAT but they didn’t kill the Viper. The Viper was just not able to meet the side airbag protection regulations and the feds didn’t back down and the FCA couldn’t redesign the car just for that. Wouldn’t touch these pieces of feces with a ten foot pole. Since GM is stopping production, their constipated accountants will have them cease production of parts specific to this car in short order. Hence, maintenance and accident damage fixes will be that much more difficult.

It’s GM and if their autonomous cars are engineered as cheaply and lazily as their cars/trucks, I do not want it anywhere near NY.

That is my understanding too. Basically I believe the new Hellcat will not have the chilled aircharge using the air conditioner or the factory supplied mapping for race gas.
