I think a ‘new’ 914 could be a very cool ‘low end’ Porsche EV. You could build it on the VW Scirocco platform but instead of a hatchback make it a ME-RWD style looking body. Targa top, frunk and trunk, 2 seater. It could work and probably be done for about $50-60K.
