I have an area code that’s a couple states away from where I live. Does anybody know how that factors in? Especially regarding PSAPs: do I get routed to a PSAP via cell tower or via phone number?

I work for a major bank and over the last year or so new, strict, information archive and disposal policies have been put in place. I’m pretty sure it’s so in the event of a lawsuit we can say we don’t have the info and point to policy.

Dreamhost has been great to me for many years, so I recommend them if you’re on the fence about a registrar or good hosting service.
