“True to form NASCAR is taking a long, sweeping turn to the left.” thats fucking brilliant.

my wife had the 2.0 4x4 manual one, she loved it. she was absulutely gutted when it died. it drove really well, maintenence on it was fairly easy ( we had a bad radiator in it and it lost coolant, a trip to the parts store and 60 quid later, radiator swap took about 30 mins. Engine lost compression on a journey miles…
my mum used to work for lucas packing parts into boxes -according to her, half the time, some other brand , the lucas one and the oem were the same part in 3 different boxes - so lucas parts cant have been that bad. I think its definately the case that BL stuff was made to a tiny budget and then fitted badly.
i just want to say how deeply disturbing the header picture is.
mighty car mods have an RB powered Z.
Not over the sound of weather or other ICE traffic.
if you are talking about the one that was a grand vitara - i think the frames are wider on the v6 models to accomodate the engine.
my dad has a cactus. its meh at best. its got daft ommisions like no light in the rear . the rear visibility is awful ( though it does have a reversing camera). it also throws a check engine light for a couple minutes after you fill it with diesel. the room in the rear is crap . also its french so if its anything like…
The t3 ( aka the t25 in vw scene talk) was sold in the usa officially - you called it the vanagon.
true. not for much longer would probably have been a better statement.
not anymore- they sold it to citroen
“Surely not by the other M shit all over the car.”
these days, 90 percent of BMWs have ///M branded stuff all over the car - even if its a 520i.
the airframes have been flying since 1990 - engine and other tech has moved on - why wouldnt you want to replace them with the latest version of the same thing. sure the old ones are awesome still, but when the new one would be better on fuel, better equipped and safer - countermeasures have moved on a lot since 1990.
having little kids changes things. i coulnt have cared less if you had a loud car before my daughter was born.when she was tiny thoughts of beating the diesel peugeot 306 owner who had an exhaust that rattled my windows with parts of his own vehicle sprang to mind. now that shes 3 and sleeps through, i couldnt care…
so basicly a modern plattenwagen?
the police speedometer will mean its a calibrated to be exact so they can use it evidentially when going after speeders. - all the traffic police cars in sunny england have calibrated speedometers.
Especially David Tracy.
thats just extra motivation to be fastest isnt it?
unless the engine is dead.
as a former PC guy gone macbook via various versions of linux - have you considered a building a hackintosh???? although i guess that kinda makes the just works bit kinda pointless.
