Unreal. Guy paid $750 for about $40 in parts/fluid and somewhere between 1-2 hours of labor.

You literally got hit with every possible questionable dealership service department upsell except for air/cabin filters:

They don’t jack up the list prices of their services to make service plans more appealing though. The services are just actually that overpriced, so the service plans can be a good deal if you are only taking it to the dealership.

It’s not awful advice at all. Have you looked at DB11 prices?

The service interval for DSG is 40k miles, so that service would be included.

It’s actually, in fact, battery. Which is why he was charged with, you know, battery.

Someone already said it in the comments below, and I said it initially. No one is going to buy the full fare first class ticket if they know you can wait until the day of and get a significant discount. So you would end up selling all 16 first class seats at $350.

Basic economics is why it would hurt. All airlines have very advanced revenue management departments that calculate and re-calculate fare prices on a daily basis (or more frequently) to maximize revenue.

It’s simple, consumers want to pay as little as possible.

This is what every major airline already does for domestic flights.

Uhh, no they don’t collect your DNA.

The difference is that in Japan, the conviction rate is ~99%. So if you’re under house arrest after posting bail, it’s essentially just a waiting period before you go to prison. It’s hardly a fair system (no presumption of innocence).

Our neighborhood is an eclectic mix of $350k craftsman style houses and $800k+ modernist houses.

It’s only a lower body workout, but if you’re burning ~350 cal per hour, you’re going really slowly/your resistance is set to basically zero.

Anyone in that age group and income bracket sure as hell isn’t buying a GMC, especially 2. That commercial always kills me.

You can have a 2015 Quattroporte GTS (with the 3.9L twin turbo V-8 from the 488/California T/Portofino) for under $30k. So no on the V-6 Ghibli...

This is wrong. You are not supposed to enter the intersection once the light is red. Stopping prematurely causes accidents.

I actually liked the key you posted. The red bit at the top isn’t that big or obnoxious in actuality - an inch by 3/4 of an inch.

Yes, the MC Shift cars (except the MC Stradale since it has the 599 GTO system) are to be avoided like the plague.

They aren’t unreliable, as long as you don’t get a car with the MC Shift gearbox from the 599. Engine is bulletproof (cross plane crank/stroked and bored version of the F430 engine) and the transmission is the ZF 6-speed, which doesn’t have any issues.
