Koreans in California lobbied HARD to get soju into the beer and wine license. They argued that it is so integral to Korean food culture, and Korean culture in general, that Korean restaurants would be ruined if they didn’t serve soju and/or would be ruined financially by the much more expensive full liquor license.

It is objective truth backed by empirical evidence that teams are clearly choosing inferior QBs. You don’t have to be GOAT level to be better than the trash that makes up the bottom of the league. Kap was never as great as the hype that surrounded him when he was at his peak, and he was never as bad as the slander

A REAL veteran wouldn’t wear no nancy-ass green beret! A REAL veteran wears a red hat!

White guy crashing a Mustang: “Damn Mustang drivers!”

So while I’m positive that the entire Cleveland fanbase is not as vile as those in the video, it is, however, a fanbase in which fans can feel comfortable being publicly and unapologetically racist.

Did you deliberately change the statement “I’m also not part of a marginalized community” to “were not a marginalized community”? Because that’s a big fucking difference.

There’s always California.

Fortunately for the world, the things we think about, everyone will eventually do.

Driving downhill is perfectly fine. Driving uphill is much more difficult. On steep hills, you can reach a point where you actually can no longer see beyond the hood of your car. When you get to an intersection, the “box” is flat, so while your car is still pointed toward the sky, the road has flattened out in front

But we don’t think it’s a big deal.

San Francisco thinks this is cute.

Puahahahaha, this motherfucker.

1. California looking out for California against the acts/failures of the current administrators of the federal government makes you think that California thinks it is the federal government? That’s weird.

Baseball is the worst offender, but it’s also a thing in football (the defense is supposed to let the QB take a couple of knees while in “victory formation”) and in basketball (the offense is supposed to dribble out the clock—no dunks or 3s allowed).

I was under the impression that the UCs wanted out-of-state students because they have to pay out-of-state tuition, which is much, much higher than the tuition/fees paid by in-state students. In fact, out-of-state students enjoy lower admission standards, at least when this audit was conducted a couple years ago. I

But the company said the car, and ostensibly, the “driver,” did nothing wrong, so why would the driver be responsible for the ticket?

No onions, no dust, no pollen...I’m straight crying like a bitch.

He’s a national fucking treasure. We’re so lucky to have him—now if only more people would read him.

I’m being sincere in asking, do most bars where you live not serve hard liquor? For example, at the bar down the street from you, are the only things on offer beer and wine? I live in SF, and we have beer only places and wine only places and beer and wine only places, but 100% of our bars serve spirits, even if beer

I know alcohol laws around the country vary from state to state, and probably affect the local culture surrounding alcohol, but in California, I’ve never seen a bar that doesn’t have hard liquor. It’s pretty much what makes a bar, a bar. If it’s beer only, it’s a brewpub or beer hall, but no one here would refer to it
