I know it's immature but I remember my father, brother, mother and I literally in tears at all the moments of Tony's diarrhea and vomiting. We were laughing so hard that at one point my father exclaimed "God help us."

B+. I wanted to say A- at first but I know the show can do a lot better. Still I liked its riffs and was laughing for almost the whole run time.

I hope it gets better. The prospect of Ron Moore and Javi Grillo-Marxauch writing scripts on my TV for the same show is pretty damn exciting.

My favorite story about The Congos album is that there was a massive fire at the Ark and supposedly the recordings were muddied by it somehow. That this wasn't how they were initially supposed to sound but it made them better in the end.

I love pulp. Absolutely and unabashedly. It's one of the reasons I wanted to watch this show so much. I'm totally down with the pulp.
