This list must depend on where you live. The Cavalier, the Saturn and anything with a GM 3.1 V6 do not last in the Northeast. The Cavalier and Saturn tend to have severe rust issues in the engine cradle areas, wheel wells, undercarriage,... GM 3.1 V6's tend to blow more head(gaskets) than a hooker.
