I have nigh illegible handwriting, so this wouldn't work for me.

I ended up pointing it at %A_Windir%\System32\SHELL32.dll, 166 instead, for a simple gear icon.

That was it. I changed it to "%A_Windir%\System32\SHELL32.dll, 166" for a simple gear icon and voila, it's up & running. Not sure if I'll keep it, but it works.

I get an error on Line 47, something about accessibilitycpl.dll. So, is it just me? Or is it not compatible with XP?

In no way to diminish his talk, I'm just personally surprised that anything from BCC: "Yale by the Jail" made it onto Lifehacker. ;)
