It does need to be under load; as far as the radiator airflow - that's just to keep it from overheating. Just pinning the throttle in neutral will lead to carbon buildup afaik. (or a bunch of pistons exiting thru the hood)
Needs to be under load with air flowing through the radiator, I assume. Or maybe not. I don't really know.
7 and 8 are the only ones I haven't seen, which is somewhat surprising to me.
I like Anime, I try and watch what I can...but there's so much of it, of varying quality, and I was introduced to it so late, that I struggle to find stuff that's worth watching.
