Actually, there are a number of “artists” who do this. And as long as you don’t try and sell the image as an advertisement you would be fine and clear of liability. The reason being- The minute you push that shutter button on the camera YOU are the creator of that image that is in your camera.

One of those guys- Tony Spencer, tried to claim disability in order to get more social security. The source of his injuries that led to the disability claim was his abuse of drugs and ethanol. This dude is a prime example of the populous of shit brained morons who live in our country.
