My wife has a Highlander with stop start and after I figured out that the way you modulate the pedal effects whether the stop start takes place or didn't about me.  That car is pretty good about if you know it's going to be a short light you just let up a little bit as the car comes to a stop and it doesn't kill the

I would imagine gps records from thier phone would be incriminating if it is a false report. I wonder if the cars infotainment system keeps track of when phones are connected via Bluetooth.

I agree, if you watch videos the wheel speed is picking up really quickly like the throttle modulation is really difficult...  Or cybertruck owners just mash the throttle.  I live in a snow state, tires make a big difference but with new tires most cars aren't completely helpless as these videos seem to show

The 8' by 4' requirement is always comical to me.  I don't haul many sheets of plywood but they still fit at an angle and I usually run out of spring before I run out of bed.  People who knock 4wd trucks either have a narrow view or haven't owned one.

This is true. In Montana they are the, “I have to have AWD because of the snow crowd”.  They think AWD is a safety feature and I see a lot of them in the ditch.  Nothing on this list surprised me except the lack of Nissan and I imagine Jeep is probably toward the top

It’s amazing to me how the rest view mirror in every GM car is right in my line of sight being long torsoed.  Usually with the seat adjusted all the way down a long right hand corner requires me to duck me head to see very far down the road

There number of cars I have to contort myself into are surprising and I'm not that big.  I can't imagine what taller people have to do but getting a fun car has to be harder.  My mgb was easy, even before I put racing seats in it, narrow for most but it at least could accommodate me.

My best friends partner is like 6'6" and I don’t know how heavy he is but he drives a soul. It’s almost comical how the size of the car and hope comfortable a tall person is driving it have very little correlation.

I think if people looked at the total cost involved in any engine swap most of them would never happen.  That said, I do think you could make that kind of power for less money but it wouldn’t have anywhere near the longevity or driveability.  Its like the old addage, Fast, Good or Cheap, pick two.

I totally forgot about the reveal with the sledge hammer, although it was nearly four years ago

I cant imagine what a hail storm would do to this.  It is probably manufactured in a strange way too that makes pannels inacessable for paintless dent repair

I think thats the catch. They may technically offer a model for that price point but usually the lowest I see at a dealership is around 50k and the mean is closer to 58. I think even the value trucks are over 40k after the options you would want like the Tradesman

I was thinking this too.  I believed Tahoes were overpriced, then the Wagnoneer came out.  I like the looks of it but that is a lot to pay for what you get.

False on the all show, no go.  LT1 versions had good performance for their day.  The interiors were garbage which is fair, but they were fast once they got the LS1

I traded some parts for a 2wd short box minus the engine for a hemi swap. There are a lot more people than you realize who have fond memories of these trucks.  They weren't perfect but they could do a lot of work and took some abuse

Not just that, I think being somewhere your are not supposed to be is ass behavior, doing so and expecting to be rescued is assclown behavior.

Or you could get a pickup from any of the big 3 with a V8 or ecoboost and do the same work as the diesel, cost less up front, be cheaper to maintain and you wont have to do illegal modifications to run it affordably.  Like seriously, I use my Ram with a 5.7 to haul my race car and it will travel faster than is safe

I’m fairness the 71 countache didn’t have a wing either.

Although you could say that about any 911 was well. Porsche have been doing retro longer than anyone

I was going to suggest this, I know it makes people mad and aged like milk but like Limp Bizkit this car was big for a moment and sold well and a surprising number of people who deride it once wanted to. Also, sometimes  you just want to see the world burn.
