I think in a situation that requires that level of force to get you out, the car would be totaled without all the cutting. Even if that isnt the case, I'd rather have a toalted car than be dead.

Hey, my 2003 Infiniti makes 250 hp with 3.5 liters, and its still a great engine. 2.5 liter engines regularly make around 170 hp, so its not bad.
