Rubbish. Everyone wants the HD chassis that’s guvment only now, not this one.

We used to do this with short carriage bolts and nuts on MX tires so we could run our motorcross and enduros on the frozen lakes back when I was a teen. Works ok if put the tube inside a split tube to prevent a puncture.

He installed an inner tube to hold the air. Washers under the screw heads won’t do anything extra

uh, studded tires w/ self tapping screws is nothing new.

I used to do this on my mountain bike - and it actually worked great for winter riding. This was before fat bikes were even a thing.

I still need a K5 Blazer

You’d be surprised just how far a bike can get you. Plus it’s good exercise, making for better health. Thus decreasing the likelihood of having to use Obamacare, and getting some people working.

Remember me?!

Where behind the grille? There’s already like three radiators occupying that real estate. I’d hate to see the piping required to bring air from in front of the radiators/intercoolers, to the air filter, to the turbo, back in front of the radiators/through the intercooler, then finally to the intake manifold.

No, actually, it’s not. The scoop feeds directly to the engine providing cool air.

Haven’t met many pickup drivers, have you. lol

Wrong, definitely a work van in that building photo.

You forgot about one important car- the chevy interceptor started to show up on Law enforcement auctions a while back, 6liter v8, heavy duty everything and not too many gadgets!

Andrew, is there any talk of the 4Runner receiving an update soon?

Yeah but they all had to be bought back. #dieseltankgate

Pfft, and let the French and Russians overtake us as top sellers of arms to other countries? Gotta stay at #1, amirite?

Even in this era where pickups serve as full size sedans for many, they’re still a lot more likely to get trashed/wrecked than Suburbans/Expeditions. Those are more likely to get used exclusively for people hauling, whether personal or fleet duty. Here in Chicago, it seems like most of the newer Expeditions that I see

Sounds like your family needs to take better care of their vehicles......

lol, I was thinking the same thing! Just rolled 100k in my sierra and still haven’t changed out the brakes, let alone worry about 1200 miles!

no Tundra?
