My kids don’t feel any pain when my Tundra tows our travel trailer camping every weekend, it enriches their lives and creates a memorable childhood.

Andrew, who’s the chick in the passenger seat, cool trucks and babes photograph well together.
That polar bear is likely an old one near the end of it’s life, see if you can find a pic of a younger bear killing and eating it, nature is a bitch. One skinny old polar bear isn’t the be all for climate change.
I peronally liked the 00s use of the 8.1L big block in the 2500 burbs. What a beast of a motor.
The crew cab pickup is also $10-15k cheaper too
CP all day, i almost bought one of these for my first car in 1997 for $1800 cdn, it was an 1989 model. The plow is worth $500 on the used market, now way the car is worth $2500. It’s a $1000 car
GM needs to make some major changes to become a leader in the truck market, they’ve been too busy sitting back doing the same old, same old. Ford is kicking their ass in sales/innovation. Carbon fibre is a good start, let’s see some more hybrid options, independant rear suspension (a la Am General style) and a diesel…
Is there really a need for 2 engines that close in size in the stable. It reminds of me of the 90s small block. You’d get the 305 as the base engine and the 350 was the top small block, numbers were obviously much closer in those, like 220hp vs 255hp or something like that. Really stick the 6.2 as the base motor and…
There’s more rust on 1 year old trucks in the rustbelt than under that Ram. Good old clean trucks like that can last a long time with proper maintenance. No need to spend $60k to do the same job minus some of the new perks. The current plan for my Tundra is to run it for 10 years.
we can only hope that comes true some day, to make on giant mega nation
nothing free about our healthcare, and you may die waiting to see a doctor
I remember seeing these for like $9995 when they were clearing them out, brand new at the ford dealership. I’m farily certain a good percentage are still running around indian reserves.
Make sure that timing belt has been changed out a couple times or you’ll be in for $3-$4k motor job if it snaps.
In regards to 90s domestic vehicles.if it only broke every 6 months you had a gem. I remember we had an early 90s shadow, thing broke down weekly.. The good thing was you could still fix the old 90s trucks with a hammer. The small block was the most reliable engine of the era.
that looks like a 70 series land cruise truck, i believe available in Australia and the middle east/africa
i don’t use the box on my truck for much, but i need a truck for my 7000lb travel trailer
They got so rusted out on the old trucks up north when you tie something off on them they’d just bend upward and were useless. But maybe in the deserts of Iran they won’t rust out.
This local specimen would have been the way to go $2500 converts to $2000 yankee dollars.
Forget the wagaon, move up to a pre runner Tacoma with a camper shell for the stollers etc. Good on fuel, super reliable, put a nice set of tires on it and pre run those deserts.
agreed, the 4.3 will run forever if you can keep the bodywork in one piece, i know from experince. My 90s s10 bed would flap in the wind but that 4.3 was the quietest engine i’ve ever owend. All you could hear was the fan
