I’m envisioning myself with my wife and kids at the arrival gate of an airport on vacation, surrounded by luggage, it’s 3 am and Hertz is the only one with a suitable vehicle because United or Budget or Enterprise messed up and gave out the vehicle I pre-booked and they don’t have anything else.

To be fair, if for some reason, I was put in the position that Hertz was my ONLY option, I would prolly still use them but that would be it.
