HP claims aside, the airflow gain of ~50% on a Cobra intake is pretty impressive. That would definitely move the bottle neck away from said intake.

No Ralph is right. Ohlins was contracted out to design the dampers and Monroe got the contract to build them. So techincally, design wise, they are Ohlins.
Not only do those shots show how crazy fast that thing is, the reaction of the people who have been watching IC cars all day really drives it home.
