...or the ladder could just be fucked up and/or dirty.

Big Stan he know

Can someone explain how this kind of vehicle appeals to anyone? I Just. Don't. Get. It.

She's bad-ass. Or obviously thinks she is, what with the matte black treatment.

In that case I'll just go off and clean my ears out, as I didn't catch the "n't" at the end.

"Growing up" gave us front wheel drive. Thanks, but I'll do as you do, not as you say, Richard.

If it were only John Deere that was pissed off with his Ferrari, instead of Ferruccio Lamborghini. THAT would have given new meaning to "Nothing runs like a Deere"!!

Vector W8. Big, powerful, fast, made in America...

Metallurgical properties, advanced alloying, heat treating, lubrication technologies, weight reduction, coatings, heat management... what's being made with the technology may not be new, but that doesn't mean they can't be made better, stronger, faster. Imagine a transmission that is lubricated only with a fine mist

Technology may advance, this is true, but a manual transmission isn't just vehicle technology, it's a vehicle interface. You can still have a very technologically advanced transmission attached to the stick, and the clutch may be computer-actuated with the clutch simply being an electronic input device

I've seen one going up Hwy 35 here in Ontario. Right... so you're not going to patrol the 401, just a 5 minute flight away where steady-state cruising is 120 km/h and even at 130 you'll be getting passed, but instead a sleepy 4-lane highway going through small towns and agricultural areas? RIIIIIIIIIIGHT.

Yup. I was thinking a Maserati version of this Ferrari:

You remember correctly. For that price, the car would have been better off with a SBC stuffed back there. Or a large bag of squirrels, for that matter.

The only surprising part is that there wasn't empty beer bottles in the truck bed, and nobody said "hoser".

SVO is great! I got a used TDI and got the conversion kit and started approaching a few local mom-n-pop restaurants, and... wait, you *are* talking about Straight Vegetable Oil diesels, right?? #trololol

No no, that was an engine "rebuild".

It's better than that. When he's drunk, he gets in his car, and PLAYS WITH FIRE!!

Yo dawg, I heard your engine needs air, so we made your engine use air to get air!

If I'm logged in, and close the tab for any long amount of time (30 minutes), when I come back I'm usually not logged in anymore, and even if I am, I have to log out and back in to make a comment.

Oh, is that just for us? I've found that if I log out and back in again all's good.... but boy, it sure is a pain.
