Yeah they made sure to shoehorn in the "teary face" into that farce too. He's such an entitled douche who gets work mostly because Spielberg likes him.

I'm trying to figure out who(whom?) I have the most contempt for. Shia? With his stupid screaming and teary eyed look he does in every movie he's in. I've never seen an actor try so hard to prove he can act and fail so completely. Michael Bay? It's not his fault his stupid, sexist, product placement films make…
Must be operating under the assumption that traveling through time creates new timelines or alternate realities or whatever. I'm sure they'll dumb it down just enough to alienate genre fans, but make it just Sci-Fi enough to deny themselves a larger audience.
And cue the Phantom Menace jokes.
As long as they keep the lead hispanic too.
I generally come down on the "No Thanks" side of the whole YARM thing, but I thought the Zorro note was kind of intriguing. Hopefully it works out.
And don't forget all that racial equality stuff.
I quit. I loved the original, loved the sequel. The next 2 weren't horrible movies, but I'm done.
It's time for a complete overhaul of agriculture in general. Petro-chemical fertilizers and pesticides have led to a horrible degradation to top soil the world over. Not to mention the loss of soil every year due to lack of conservation plowing. I just get disgusted when I drive by an open field and watch the wind…
How do they keep the water out? Surely they don't pump unused tunnels.
Leviathan Wakes and Rule 34 sound pretty righteous. Gonna Amazon them right now!
Spike does well? I just wish that NBC/Universal would put a more geeky set of executives in charge.
Yeah, it's like the people in charge over there are actively trying to destroy all things Science-Fiction.
I wondered when DC was going to do a alternate reality like "Days of Future Past" and "Old Man Logan" I just would'nt have figured they'd use the Flash. Odd choice.
I'm torn about that. Besides the fact that the second you mention Mars the non Sci-Fi fans instantly glaze over. So immediately you're looking at lower tier budget. Which means the talent involved needs to be driven and creative.
Totally agree. I wonder who could possibly make it work. I was excited when Cameron was attached, mostly because he likes to scale things up to ridiculous levels.
I still think the premere should have been 2 hours, but this is good news.
Obviously you win any argument about this subject from the languages side of things, and your responce is the best I've ever seen to an article here(or anywhere).
I don't think the fight for the Paris sewers is all that important, but I want the stuff in the Indian mountain pass.
It was a TV show right? Some kind of syndicated thing?
