I live <3 miles from two lumber yards and work next door to a Lowe’s. Making two or even three trips in a hatchback vs. one in a pickup on the one occasion every 2-3 years when I’m doing a big home improvement is not a problem at all. (And for that matter, would a crewcab/5' box pickup really have that much more

Hatchback that does it all. Done.

Meh.

Don’t worry, future generations will hate you just as much.

Haha. Guy on the next block from me got an i3 and had the charging stand installed outside next to his driveway for that exact reason.

It is this exact brand of false dichotomy that breeds ignorance.

I’m admittedly part of the younger generation (30 now), but I really don’t see ANY benefit in a dress code.

I haven’t worn a tie—except when on stage in a wedding—since my last job interview more than six years ago. And I was the only one in that room wearing a tie.

VW didn’t deny once caught, GM did, and GM’s problem killed people, that’s my problem.

IDK why so many damn people care, honestly though, who died? When people ask me about my GTI and what I think, I tell them I could give two shits, I have zero cats on my car as I’m allergic to cats (it’s a joke) and I could care less. Also, they’re paying more than the company that killed people (GM) and tried

He didn’t build his own car. He built a system that controls the car he purchased. Huge difference.

You guys Takata makes the best racing harnesses I’ve ever used.

Dear God, people truly don’t understand just how insignificant in the scope of everything the VWs are. There are umpteen millions of skid steers, tractors, air compressors, really anything larger than a car running on a Diesel engine (which also have longer life spans than cars) with no exhaust cleaning whatsoever.

Clearly, this guy is not a stable man

But didnt the EPA just dump a bunch of chemicals into a river or two?
