No it does not. The thing about IFTTT is that you can see a message hashtagged #food or #budget, and it'll redirect whatever you type in text to a google spreadsheet (or somewhere else).

I think you really have to stress making it easier for yourself...so much so that you should add a tip for tracking your spending. You really need to know where the money is going. People doing it for dieting. A financial diet is not that much different in that sense.

This is really true. When you find a good team or co-worker, stick with it. It really does help a lot. I had a lot of success two jobs ago with a co-worker who really was into pushing the envelope. Almost had too much success I guess as the company got bought out.
