As someone who has watched literally every episode of COPS, I have seen an almost infinite number of arrests where anywhere from two to five cops are standing on a guy, completely immobilizing him, while still screaming STOP RESISTING and PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK!!!!
