For me, The Wrestler was the only Aronofsky film I’ve ever thought WHY the fuck am I watching?

What? The second season is easily the best one.

Oh do tell, I just saw it and cant think of what it could be? There were a few pathetic lines of dialogue though.

It's actually pretty good, she does her freaky dancing thing. Though not sure if she's headliner material?

Jay Z is in the new season of True Detective? You crazy for this one Jay!

It's sad that the Wu Tang trampoline will never get the Emmy it deserves.

This is an interesting comparison - it seems there is no happy medium. Fans were disappointed when True Detective wasnt the crazy fan-theory mystery show they thought it was, but everyone was also disappointed when they COULD figure out Westworld.

More interestingly, Green Day can still get 65,000 people to come to a show in 2017?

I didnt hear too many - in fact there is one song called the Story of OJ, Im pretty sure he didnt use it at all.

Just for a bit of context - The Courier Mail is arguably Australia's worst newspaper. I dont know the American equivalent, but most of the stories you just take with a grain of salt because they are usually a 'scandal' that only one unnamed source has been upset about. One man out there might even go so far as to call

Can confirm. I'm Australian, in my late 20s and I've never even SEEN a can of Fosters.

I quite liked Sober, The Louvre and Sober II, but agreed, the singles are all trash. I dont really understand why they were picked as the singles when there are much better tracks - and with the exception of Green Light none of the singles were particularly 'pop'-y.

There's definitely been a lot of A's lately. A's need to be saved for episodes like Ozymandias or Nixon Vs Kennedy or College. Otherwise what do we give episodes like those that are a step above?

The season is wildly average - but Nikki Swango's story is so impressive, and really should have been shifted into the main focus of the season. Unfortunately it seems they didnt really know what to do with Gloria's story (and what a waste of Carrie Coon), and the Stussy twins/Varga were ridiculous caricatures.

The full quote is worse: The prepubescent Watson is absurdly alluring to those of us who always went for bossy girls; when she fixed her sharp brown eyes on Radcliffe and said, “Harreh, do be keh-ful,” my heart did about five somersaults. (I only used spoiler tags, because I don't want to make others sick).

Aw man, I think I enjoyed at least 43 mins of Entourage. I really am a schmuck.

It kinda feels like those first couple of Game of Thrones episodes you watched and had no idea who all the people they were talking about. Except this has now extended for 5 seasons and I still dont know who they are talking about.

Lindelof says in an article over on Vulture: “Kevin believes, or says he believes, the story; that’s the whole point of the series. That’s what religion is.”. Interesting thought.

What? I always thought True Blood, Vinyl & Entourage were the Golden Trinity of HBO?

Those two setpieces really were excellent, and singlehandedly made up for any other flaws in the film.
