ND for me at that money. Of more interest is this the first ever NP/ND or it’s drug fuelled predeccessor to have come from a Hemmings ad? I don’t recall one ever coming from anything other than Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, or maybe ebay?

Acura NSX both the original and current version never sold as well as they should have, mainly because the Acura (and Honda outside the US) brand is a real stretch at the price point.
This is the correct take.
I would love a Ferrari 250GTO but it’s current market value is impossible to objectively justify. A 250GTE uses mostly the same chassis the same basic engine (save carbs and cams) and current market values are 200 times less.
It’s somewhat of an internet storm that both the Z launch and GR86 drives happened on the same day but the reality is they are chasing slightly different markets which only partially overlap. I’ll bet the average age of Z buyers will be 5 to 10 years older than the GR86. GR86's will be brought by younger single buyers…
Both are on my list of cars to look at if I move to the States later this/ next year. GR86 is at the bottom end of the budget Z at the top end. Z possibly slightly the more interesting choice as they won’t be sold in the UK and GR86 (but not the BRZ) will be and wouldn’t mind something you can’t buy back home (before…
I wonder if Tesla’s long game is not really in making its own cars at all (other than for grabbing headlines) but in controlling the supply chain that makes the batteries and the motors, plus controlling the infrastructure (charging networks that support them). Take a big chunk of that and you have the whole car…
No reason he could not do both a DTM and a WEC campaign. This year there is only one date clash although that is the important one as it is Le Mans and that may not be repeated next year if Le Mans returns to it’s traditional spot in June.
My Mum had one when I was a kid. She loved it and it was a big step on from the MGB GT that it replaced. To answer the question of why there are none left now - rust. Even at 6 years old it was being eaten away by tin worm.
It’s a shame but it is indeed the time to hang up the leathers (even if the helmet will continue to be used in 4 wheeled racing).
On a fairly recent Wheeler Dealers they swapped in a much more modern Toyota 4 cylinder (can’t remember which one), in a 1st gen Celica. This looks like a good candidate for the same.

I think the Kadett and Vega shared the same styling team but are otherwise not directly related. Mechanically the Kadett is more closely related to the Chevrolet Chevette.
Only if the airlines turn them on. My ex step father was a captain on 747's for a major airline. He caught TB on a flight to India. There was a passenger in economy with it, infected droplets from the passenger got into the HVAC system and infected a number of passenger’s and crew throughout the plane even if they…

Quick look says running 300SL’s are around $10-11k although a lot more for the manual versions. Could go either NP subject to inspection or ND on this but for the former need to be local and mechanically minded but I’m neither so ND.
Rationally this is ND, but then no 40 plus year old car is a rational purchase these days. My Mum had one of these when I was around 10 years old and she loved it. This one looks in great condition - sentimental NP.
Koenigsegg probably doesn’t even make 100 cars a year let alone a 1,000 right now. Bugatti currently is also well below 1,000, however I suspect it would have been caught anyway by virtue of being owned by the VW group, be interesting to see if the Rimac take over with a part ownership by Porsche changes that.
While this season hasn’t been great they are performing better than last year - in part because this year’s Ferrari engine is not as bad as last year’s. They’re also going to beneift from Ferrari having to offload staff as part of the budget cap as Ferrari are ‘loaning’ them some of their staff.
Obligatory when discussing these
