As if anyone turns their head to look anymore.

No MS3, but there is Skyactiv-X with mild electrification. 2.5L power with fuel economy of 1.5L (approximately, since no actual figures have been released).

And watch quality and reliability drop like a stone?

Low price.

This generation of Jalopnik doesn’t care. All they care is that you clicked.

But. But. He’s a published “journalist” and TV personality. /s

So stop trying to make it as clean and efficient as it can possibly? What kind of stupid logic is that?

A quick Google search would reveal what ICE is not dead and has at least another 30 years as the primary from of automotive propulsion. If it’s going to be around for more than 30 years, why is it wrong to strive to make it as efficient as possible?

Stop this visibility nonsense. This is such an outdated notion about safe driving... about the same as the notion that speed kills. With proper mirror size/design along with radar (blind spot monitoring systems) there is little need to turn one’s head to look.

Less cringey than the “real people” Chevy ads. Honestly, any ad targeting young women are more often than not cringey.

And more significantly, that 310 ft-lb of torque is available at just 2,000 RPM. Diesel-like, yes! The uninformed masses thinks it’s horsepower that makes a car more lively and drivable. The truth is torque is what makes an engine responsive and much more relevant in daily driving. Horsepower is more important at the
