Nearly same color, has 4 doors and 4 wheels too! Holy shit! You’re a goddamn visionary!

Geography might have as much to do with regulations too. In the states commercial hubs are more spread out. Goods have to be transported over longer distances between distribution centers. The rail system is also not as robust as Europe. Tesla’s trucks probably make more sense over there than here.

The assumption that tall means un-aerodynamic is false. Look up the Aero Spacelines Super Guppy. It was tall and it flew.

Who’s this “we”?? FO.

During wartime Toyo Kogyo produced the Arisaka rifle.

You’ve pretty much described every single day on CA highways, even without a the assistance of a rocket launch.

By the book, yes, they are suppose to stop and volunteer to be witnesses. But, the rules were written decades ago when there were a lot fewer cars on the roads. This highway is a busy one with little space on either shoulder. (Obviously!) Stopping for this young family would have been foolish and dangerous.

That too. But, it’s advertising. Ads are supposed to be aspirational and show people who are slightly younger and attractive than the actual intended audience. What I find most offensive is the subtle racism. I posted the African American version earlier. Here’s one clearly aimed at latinos. Don’t we colored people

So the guy drove a Mazda to the show wearing BMW branded overalls? tsk tsk tsk.

And in 2018, we’ll see if Mazda can do the same against v8s and v6s.

Freak. Oh, look, they made one just for you:

The current December to Remember is pretty miserable. Are Lexus owners really this annoying? Is this what Lexus thinks of their owners?

I was talking about the reaction to the launch in social media, as shown in the article. Duh.

State where Space-X is based. Where this particular rocket was launched.

SMH. Idiots.

Electric crossunder with actual mag-lev floating roof and autonomous mode powered by a unicorn brain!

And what percentage of UAW members voted for Drumpf? Idiots.

Except the Saab looked good. The Veloster is just different. Different and good are two different things.

Agree. I’m doing rough calculations based on what I ended up buying a year ago... ‘13 X5 diesel. It’s great when it works, but every 4 to 6 months the CEL comes on and it’s $1k here and there (which were all covered by warranty that has now expired). In that respect Volvo’s subscription cost make sense. No EPA figures

Yah I realized all that after I did more digging. Subscribers do get a lot for $600/700. But, it’s hard to look past the initial sticker shock.
