And declare yourself braindead? BTW, I think the diesel is coming, just a matter of when.

Why would it have less HP than the CX-9? The CX-9 is an SUV, is heavier and 7-passenger capable. It is tuned for torque. In the Mazda6, I’d expect torque to be down from the CX-9 and HP to be up. That is unless they de-tune for MPG, which is a strong possibility if you look at other brands in the segment.
Don’t put money on it.
Meh. A sedan is a sedan.
And that’s just it. Those people who hold such views don’t necessary know or care to filter themselves in public.
Eh. I wouldn’t go that far into conspiracies. Teslas has always had plenty of “fans”. Musk’s own lack of filter and restraint is partly to do with it. It is trying to do something in a scale that others have not (or have tried and failed). As such, there will always be skeptics/trolls who sees every minute setback as…
Inaccurate assumption. Several articles out in the past 48 hours saying customers are more than willing to wait in line.
Kind of have to agree that Tesla/Musk is not doing enough. Musk needs to step aside in this matter (a strategically sound move as well) and let a HR pro handle it. If the company doesn’t have one, hire one. Doing so would send a message to investors and public as well.
Obviously, rural as in where limited range of pure EV would be highly impractical.
Fuel savings from i-Eloop is pretty small. All it does is take load off of the alternator to run electrical accessories. As far as hybrid systems go, i-Eloop is extremely mild. CNG, Hydrogen or diesel electric hybrid would work better for the USPS fleet.
Pure electric won’t work for rural areas. And for the USPS to buy a mixed of vehicles, with economy of scale, the savings will be less. Plus, the maintenance workforce would have be trained on multiple platforms—also not cost efficient.
It’s easy to be courageous when you’ve already made millions in your young career.
Floating roof. Ugh. Kill it with fire.
Eh, it’s always been that way.
Unless said car’s HVAC system is broken or anemic, there’s no way a phone would block airflow completely. And it’s actually not a bad thing to put a phone in the path of airflow. In the summer the vent would cool the phone and in the winter it would keep it at operating temperature. Both of which are good for battery…

And yet she laughs.
Jesus Fucking Christ. Anyone who has a problem with the notch needs to be slapped by everyone they come across... with a very large rancid trout.
They didn’t pay off the Jalopnik staff or suck ass.
Good for you.
