these “throwback” shooters always need to be played on the highest difficulty (well maybe not ultra nightmare!) to truly enjoy them. Started off on Ultra Violence and loved it. Did the same with the last two Wolfenstein games too (playing on Uber)

....mod to turn all the characters into cats plz?
huh? what exactly is the point you’re trying to make? As far as we know, the OG complainer wasn’t in love with any of the Overwatch characters (weird concept you’re introducing there), he just didn’t like the sexualization of a character for silly reasons involving his daughter. Thus my stupid joke about the irony of…
the only thing I really wanna know about any of this...
the Doom movie is bad. I remember my friends saw it when it came out and told me how bad it was and for years I avoided it. For whatever reason, I decided to walk on the dangerous side of life and investigate first hand how bad the movie was and watched it last year for the first time.
DOOM. You want DOOM.
maybe? The manga is going to be published in English soon (if it hasn’t started already, I haven’t checked).
yep, the next game id made after DOOM 3 was Rage. The 2 Quake games (4 and Enemy Territory) from that time were made by different people.
I havent seen the latest movie (not the biggest SW guy) but people seemed to like it?
This game looks like it had a lot of work and effort put into it, so it’s a shame it didn’t turn out better. Here’s to hoping the next turns out better (especially if the next one is just Timesplitters :D )
I thought Raven did a really great job with their 2009 Wolfenstein, that game is underappreciated IMO (and it kinda disappeared from the Internet for license reasons I think).
O____O. WAT.
People give DOOM 3 a lot of shit, but that game is actually pretty damn good, it just went in a different direction.
all they had to do was make a new Timesplitters...
He should’ve just said “We wanted to see how much we could sucker Star Wars fans for, that’s why we sold a game with less content than average at full price and then sold tons of DLC on top of that. We more or less got away with it”
Everyone remember while Homefront 2 is bombing right now, we almost got a very similar game. Remember that leaked footage of the initial DOOM 4, with demons coming to Earth and you being part of some ragtag human resistance?
I’m still playing through the campaign, chose Ultra Violence and really looking forward to harder difficulties haha!
thats good to hear. I really like the Uncharted games, but that element always seemed off. I haven’t played UC4 since I got the new DOOM, but I’m looking forward to playing it.
“boy this ancient temple sure is beautiful...wellp, better climb all over everything! whoops its starting to crumble now!”
in retrospect, Uncharted kinda did the entire “explorer/adventurer” thing wrong, Nathan Drake was pretty much a mercenary who killed literal armies of people. Occasionally he found treasure maybe.
