I know there’s a lot of dank edgelords and even some young kids that don’t appreciate FF7 nowadays, but the fact that we’re still talking about this game 18 years later really is something. I think the ending is really cool and I wonder if any major AAA title nowadays would try and pull something like this...

low level play throughs are the best play throughs, they really make you think about what you’re doing in battles.

they should probably have 2 or 3 different opinions per review then, especially Mad Max was a fairly big release.

ironically enough, Mad Max wasn’t a completely broken/ unbalanced game and it techinically has the nostalgia factor going, and Kotaku gave it a No....then proceeded to write about 4 follow-up articles (from different writers from the reviewer) who pretty much enjoyed the game. Go figure.

I want to play it because it looks like the good kind of bad to me.

man...I dunno that’s rough. John Romero has track record thats sorta eh in its latter days (although his mobile games reviewed pretty high), but he also worked on one of, if not the most influential FPS games of all time with DOOM (not to mention Wolf3d and Quake).

I see what you’re saying, but I gotta disagree. People that will have problems with the butt slap will absolutely have problems with the clothing. Think about the recent costume removals from games like Fatal Frame, the alt bikini costumes were removed despite their being no butt slapping or anything suggestive…

okay but you can still see her ass, and there is still Cammy’s skin tight body suit and theres still tons and tons of cleavage, so removing a butt slap seems ridiculous considering everything else left in.

yeah except other game creators who aren’t as well known as Kojima have also complained about Konami and many have left due to the working conditions there. Not to mention the alleged story that was posted on here a few months back, suggesting employees are heavily monitored and treated pretty poorly.
