On a personal level I’m sure that’s true but at a Party level this is part of the game.

Teflon-like coatings may do a lot of (bad) things but they’re the lowest maintenance and when handled properly (never scrubbed only soft sided sponged at best) they last a surprisingly long amount of time. ESPECIALLY if you get commercial versions.

I’ve only been met with incredulity and boredom when introducing some of my old favorites, most of these included.

It’s less technology and talent and more sheer spending. I don’t think anyone has done a proper cost analysis but I am quite confident we spent the most on each moon landing. Exponentially so. We basically brute forced our way to the moon.

I understand that the franchise is a work of FICTION. So everything you say doesn’t mean anything.

That is not a Port, Remaster or Remake. Closer to a weird Reboot that only has a few moments that wink at the original. All different levels in every way minus some familiar settings and the Dam, really.

The series makes an insane amount of money. I don’t think it’s entitlement when people want the series to stay true to its roots and you “collect them all” and for its developer to not be so lazy in every department after CONTINUED success. They can’t budget for a bigger animation team for this game or demand Nintendo…

Ori and the Blind Forest is a nice exception to the RPG rule. Heck, Ace Combat games even have nice original music and unexpectedly emotional tracks.

That’s not always the case. If the cable is too stiff it’ll pull itself on any edge it finds. Generally this stops after the cables get looser but this isn’t about entanglement but poor cable design.
