I’m a HUGE Ryan Adams fan. I went to one show.

I think he’s right about the dynamic of people feeling like it was a place to just go and be shitty. I’ve never been to a show with more heckling and hateful shit yelled at the stage. And it started during the first fucking song, so it’s not like the crowd was reacting.

Has anything remotely reasonable ever followed the phrase “To be fair”?
