I have to wonder how it was calibrated. I am a Panasonic guy and really not a fan of LG...but... You really have to shut off all the smoothing, Tru Black, etc... features to get an accurate appraisal of the sets capabilities. Now, if they were turned off and it still had weird smoothing that's something to talk about.

I train with it so I'm used to it. It's where I keep all my gels and snacks. I found that without it I was taking longer to refuel than with it. I usually ditch it in the last 6-7 miles though. Thankfully I usually have someone with me at the race to grab it.

The finish is a patented color capable of preventing reflected light from the visible spectrum. We call it "Black". Did we say patent pending?

I run marathons with my Camelbak with no chafe at all really. You do have to do a few test runs with a new pack and adjust properly but a little bit of anti-chafing rollon and you're good to go. If you're honestly worried about chafing, and really aren't we all, the glove would have the same issue. Over a distance I

Same here. I had no recollection of how horribly they treated Wes in the first season, but in two episodes there must have been at least half a dozen "shut up Wesley" moments.

I prefer this skant wearer. I was at one of the movie theater releases for the Blu Ray last night and this episode was part of the show. The crowd erupted in cheers at him.

The best moment of the featurette is the Michael Dorn makeup test. He basically stares down one of the production folks for a good 30 seconds with his meanest look then growls "Don't f**k with me!" Absolutely golden. Buy it for the episodes, but stay for the extras. They are just great.

The Herp Derp extension for Chrome and Firefox fixes all this nonsense.

The submarine fire caused $400 mil worth of damage the warehouse fire caused markedly less, but it was sort of how he was caught. Not too sure why he's saying the warehouse portion was the big one. This is big news up in NH right now. Thankfully the fire didn't damage the nuclear parts of the sub or this could have

They won't be useless. You can weave a basket with them. A basket to hold all your new iPhone cables you'll have to buy.

We use Apple IIes in Kindergarten and first grade in my somewhat technologically advanced school back in good ol 1985. All I can remember is Oregon trail (which may have come later) and a frustrating drawing program with the word "delta" burned into my brain parts.

Word. The mini mule has all the space you need but light enough to not hamper you on a run/bike. The awkward hand switching of water bottles like this one is something I am glad to be rid of.

If I remember correctly the original book is broken down into three main parts too, so the outline is already there. I've been hoping someone talented and with vision could make this happen.

I design complex AV systems for a living and there are very few of them that don't use copious amounts of RS-232.

I couldn't disagree more. I'm a chronic hockey DVR-er. You can skip intermission! How often do you actually care what the analysts have to say past the first three minutes of intermission? It's always just 15 minutes of repeating the same thing. You can watch a hockey game almost a full hour faster with a DVR'd game.

Natural charcoal + Mesquite wood chips = best burgers ever. I don't understand using gas anymore. Get yourself a decent sized and relatively cheap charcoal grill and a chimney starter and you have similar speed with better taste for a lot less.

I haven't added/didn't know songza. Good? Bad? What does it do for you that the others don't?

I come for the tips on eliminating mosquitoes, I stay for the excellent in context Serenity and Conan references.
